W1 시약 체크 - Check the volume of the detergent bottles. AU680 AU480 W1 position AU AU480 Det1,2 – W1 용액 Stat Table 내에 W1, W2 CLN1,2 – Cleaning Solution W1 – 2% Wash solution + D.W 로 조제 W2 – 15% Cleaning Solution + D.W 로 조제

장비의 “Power On” 버튼을 누릅니다. Login New Index ID : MAINTENANCE PW : BC_SERVICE OK 누름 NOTE: New Index – Sample Number를 1부터 다시 시작 - 권장 Current Index – 이전 Index Number에서 이어서 시작

5 Maintenance [Home > Analyzer Maintenance > W1 / W2 / Photocal ]
W1 – Daily ( 분 분 ) W2 – Weekly ( 분 분 ) Photocal – Weekly 30분

6 ISE Cleaning, Calibration
[Home> Analyzer Maintenance> ISE Maintenance> Cleaning (Cleaning Solution)] [Maintenance >User Maintenance> ISE Maintenance> Calibration, (Select serum, urine or serum + urine)> “OK.”

7 Reagent Check [Home > Reagent management]
Check All Position : 장착된 모든 시약의 Barcode, 시약량 Check – 5분 소요 Check specified positions : User가 지정한 시약만 Barcode, 시약량 Check - 시간 단축 Check changed positions : 변경된 시약 만 Barcode, 시약량 Check Reset Only : Check 없이 바로 Standby (시약 변경이 없을 경우 ) – 10초 소요

8 Rack 구성 Blue Rack (Rxxx) – Reagent Blank Calibration Rack
Position 1 - Serum, position 2 - Urine. Yellow Rack (Axxx) – Calibration Rack Green Rack (Qxxx) – QC (Quality Control) Rack White Rack (xxxx) – Normal patient sample Rack Red Rack (Exxx) – Emergency samples Rack Orange Rack (Hxxx) – Manual repeat samples Rack

9 Calibration [Routine / Home >Rack Requisition > Calibration].
Start Entry>Calbration할 항목 클릭>Exit “Display Cup Set” button 을 누르고 필요한 위치에 Calibrator를 장착

10 Quality Control [Routine / Home > Rack Requisition > QC].
Start Entry > Q.C할 항목 클릭>Exit “Display QC Set” 버튼을 누르고 필요 한 위치에 Control 물질을 장착 .

11 QC 결과 확인 [QC > QC Monitor]. 결과 확인할 항목들 클릭 후 Chart View

12 Sample 검사 진행 [Routine / Home > Rack Requisition > Sample ].
(인터페이스 사용시 필요 없음) Sample No. 확인 > Start Entry > 항목 선택 > Entry or Batch Entry > Exit

13 Sample 결과 확인 [Routine / Home > Sample Manager > Patient Samples > Sample Status] or [Sample Status >Real Time Display].
