Was the source of subjects satisfactorily stated? Were concurrent controls used (as opposed to historical controls)? Were the treatments well defined? Was random allocation to treatment used? Was the randomization method described? Was the duration of post treatment follow-up satisfactory (at least 6 months)?

불 필요한 결과는 적지 않는다(P>0.05). 그래프와 Table은 간결하고 알기쉽게 그림은 고해상도로 바꿀 것(>300dpi) 수술 전 데이터 중요: 두 군의 수술 전 데이터가 통계학적으로 다르지 않다(P>0.05). 수술 후 데이터: 달라진 것을 강조 (P<0.05).

Conclusion: 결과에 따른 임상적 해석, 결과를 베껴 쓰지 말 것 결과와 결론은 다르다! ! 결과: 강의시간에 조는 레지던트 수는 김은철 교수가 박혜영 교수에 비해 유의하게 많았다 (P<0.05) 나쁜 결론: 김은철 교수 강의가 박혜영 교수보다 더 졸렸다. 좋은 결론: 박혜영 교수의 강의가 레지던트들에게 더 흥미로웠다. 그렇다고 너무 비약적인 결론은 피할 것!!

35 Discussion 고찰은 항상 흐름이 있다 연구했던 지식에 대한 일반적인 서술 과거에 보고 된 연구 결과
최근에 보고 된 controversial 한 내용 이 연구의 대략적인 결과 이렇게 결과가 나온 이유 설명 결론 이 연구의 limitation과 앞으로 더 연구해야 할 점 주의점: limitation을 너무 심하게 쓰면 Rejection의 원인이 될 수 있다.(너무 심한 겸손은 금물!!)
