최현숙—대한민국 최초 성소수자 정치인, 2012년 국회의원 출마 Ellen Degeneres—토크쇼 호스트, 유명한 레즈비언 그리고 와이프 Portia de Rossi Jodie Foster도 레즈비언이라고 커밍아웃을 했죠

21 Gay Homosexual man 우리가 흔히 쓰는 “게이”라는 단어는 동성애자인 남자를 뜻하는 말인데
“호모섹슈얼”의 동의어로 쓰이고 있어요 한국사람들은 흔히 “게이”라고 하면 연예인 홍석천을 떠올리죠 연예인 중 최초로 커밍아웃 한 사람! 미국, 영국, 그리고 다른 서구 국가들에는 한국에 비해 커밍아웃 한 게이 연예인이 참 많은데 예를 들자면 Neil Patrick Harris (다음) “I’m Not the Only One”을 부른 Sam Smith (다음) 그리고 갠달프 역을 맡았던 Sir Ian McKellan이 있죠

22 Bisexual A person who is romantically and sexually attracted to both men and women 바이섹슈얼은 양성을 좋아하는 사람을 말하는데요 그 중 유명한 연예인들은 트랜스포머로 히트를 친 Megan Fox, Green Day의 Billie Joe Armstrong, 코리안-아메리칸 코미디언 Margaret Cho, 그리고 Angelina Jolie가 있네요

Queer Anyone who feels outside of the societal norms in terms of sexuality Includes those who do not wish to identify as any of the above Queer라는 단어는 다른 섹슈얼리티들을 말하는 포괄적 단어, umbrella term인데요 앞에 얘기한 LGBT에 해당이 안될수도 있는 사람들을 뜻해요 Pansexual은 omnisexual이라고도 하는데 여자, 남자, 트랜스젠더, 인터섹스 등등의 사람들에게서 똑같이 로맨틱 그리고 섹슈얼 매력을 느끼는 사람을 말함 Pomosexual은 이런 sexual orientation 레이블들을 다 부정하는 사람 Intersex는 몸은 여자인데 생물학적, DNA적으로는 남자인 경우 or vice versa Genderqueer는 남자나 여자로 identify하지 않는 사람들을 일컫는 단어 Bi-gender, tri-gender, pan-gender 등등이 있음… Asexual은 정말 무성욕자, 남자나 여자나 아무한테서나 성욕을 느끼지 않는 사람 Autosexual은 다른 사람들에게서는 성욕을 느끼지 않거나 관심이 없어서 masturbation을 선호하는 사람 Pansexual Genderqueer Pomosexual Asexual Intersex Autosexual

25 Heterosexual Cisgender “Normal”? 우리가 생각하는 “노멀”이란 무엇일까요?
일단 헤테로, 그러니까 이성을 좋아하는 것 그리고 Cisgender, 태어난 성으로 자신을 그 성별로 identify하는 것 대체 한국에서는 이 카테고리들에 대한 인식이 어떨지 다른 지엠 코디들이 설명해 드리겠음 Heterosexual Cisgender
