Course Schedule (12h) Course Objectives Day 1 9.00 – Developmental Kinesiology & Ontogenetic influence on scoliotic development, risk factors. 10.30 – Coffee break 11.00 – DNS functional assessment for asymmetrical poor posture and scoliosis 12.30 – Lunch 13.30 – DNS techniques to restore posture in scoliotic individuals 15.00 – Coffee break 15.30 – Patient demonstration: Complex DNS assessment and treatment of individual with scoliosis Day 2 9.00 – Workshop: treatment strategies for scoliotic clients 10.30 – Coffee break 11.00 – Workshop: DNS modifications, utilization of reflex zones and Klapp’s crawling within DNS concept in scoliotic clients 12.30 – Lunch 13.30– DNS Self-treatment for clients with scoliosis, client’s education 15.00– Coffee break Patient demonstration: Complex DNS assessment and treatment of individual with scoliosis. Final Discussion DNS functional tests to assess individuals with scoliosis and body asymmetry Hands-on workshop to refine manual skills when working with  patients with asymmetry Review of sagittal stabilization, kids/adults optimal posture, sports performance Disturbance of sagittal stabilization in child hood, adult hood & in athletes Corrective exercise for individuals with scoliosis based on DNS and reflex locomotion Clapp crawling –advanced variations Asymmetry in adulthood, athletes – hands-on workshop – active exercises in advanced RL positions (modifications of RTII, III, hanging position) Review of corrective exercises based on the DNS functional tests and developmental positions (modifications of exercises in higher developmental positions – tripod, bear, squat, half kneeling, step up)       Training of body awareness.  Clarification of how DNS corrective exercises can be  integrated into other exercise  strategies. Video and patient demonstrations

강사소개 A Certificate of ATTENDANCE Petra Valouchová, MPT, PhD The Palacky University Department of Physical Therapy in 1998. Specializes in the rehabilitation of locomotor system dysfunction. In 2001 receiving a Ph.D. in Kinanthropology A certified Vojta therapist and Bobath concept therapist. A certified instructor in Mobilization and Relaxation techniques according to Lewit. From 2002 to 2011, worked as physical therapist at Rehabilitation department at University Hospital Motol in Prague. S Since 2010 Petra has been working as the head physical therapist at Professor Pavel Kolar’s private Centre of Movement Medicine ( A university lecturer, teaching rehabilitation to the students of physical therapy and to the general medicine programme at the Charles University Medical School Acting as a senior instructor in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation since 2004. Has been involved in numerous research projects on the subject of DNS. co-author of several text book chapters and articles focusing mainly on the DNS concept and developmental kinesiology aspects. 2003 and 2004 world champion and 2004 European champion in Fitness Step. An aerobic instructor and Marathon runner Zuzana Suzan, MPT A physiotherapist at the Rehabilitation Clinic, University Hospital Motol, 2nd School of Medicine, Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic. A lecturer at Charles University, 2nd School of Medicine teaching physical therapy to both students of physiotherapy undergraduate program and medical students. Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy in 2003, Palacky University, Olomouc, Czech Republic. In 2006, completed a course in Reflex Locomotion according to Vojta focusing on the treatment of adult patients. Since 2003 till 2011, worked as a full-time active member of the rehabilitation staff at the Rehabilitation clinic, University Hospital Motol in Prague, Since 2013, has been working at Profesor Kolar’s private rehabilitation clinic “Centre of Movement Medicine” Acts as an instructor in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization since She has been teaching the DNS courses in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and numerous other European countries, as well as Asia and North America.
