2 C.C. : Watery Diarrhea (3-4 times/ day) (onset : 1week ago)
Present Illness 20년 전 강직 척추염 진단받은 병력 있으며, 5년 전과 7개월전 폐결핵으로 결핵약 복용하고 완치판정 받은 과거력있는 환자로, 내원 1주 전부터 시작된 설사와 복통으로, 타병원 입원치료하였으나 증상호전없어 본원 내원하였다.

Past Hx DM/HTN/Tbc/Hep (-/-/+/-) 5년전 폐결핵진단 : 9개월 치료후 완치 7개월 전 진단 : 6개월 치료후 1달 전 완치 Ankylosing spondylitis : 20년 전 진단 : 간헐적 통증조절 Total hip replacement , Rt. : 2004년, d/t ankylosing spondylitis Duodenal ulcer bleeding : 2006년 입원치료 Drug Hx : Ciprofloxacine : 1 week Family Hx : (-) Social Hx Alcohol : (+) social Smoking : (+) : 20PYR, ex-smoker : 7개월전 금연
