2 Case I M/77 Present illness: 내원 2개월전 건강 검진에서 시행한 상부 위장관 내시경검사에서 상절치 31cm 하방에 함몰성 점막병변이 관찰되어 조직검사상 Squmous cell Ca. – Moderately differentiated 진단되어 내시경적 치료위해 본원으로 전원됨. Past MHx: EMR for EGC 3 months ago Impression: Esophageal cancer ×

5 Endoscopic Biopsy Squamous cell carcinoma, moderately differentiated.

17 Case II M/67 Chief Complaint: 연하통
Present illness: 한달 전부터 발생한 연하통을 주소로 타병원 방문 시행한 내시경검사에서 상절치 30cm 하방에 함몰성 점막병변이 관찰되어 조직검사상 Squmous cell Ca. 진단받고 본원으로 전원됨. Past MHx: Liver Cirrhosis Impression: Esophageal cancer ×
