Rt. wrist pain( volar, ulnar side ) Functional examination : tenderness resisted wrist ulnar deviation(+)

4 Simple x-ray Pisiform bone 부위의 calcification이 보임

FCU insertion site의 calcification및 tendon 의 Swelling이 관찰되어 FCU tendinosis의 소견이 보임(화살표)

7 FCU calcific tendinitis는 large size인경우 ulnar nerve neuropathy 를 일으키는 경우도 있고(Yasen S. J Orthop Surg (Hong Kong) : 20(3) acute calcific tendinitis of the flexor carpi ulanaris causing acute compressive neuropathy of the ulnar nerve), pain을 주소로 내원하는 경우도 있다.(Torbati et al, J Emer medicine Acute calcific tendinitis of the wrist) 치료는 보존적 치료에 잘 반응하는 것으로 알려져 있다
