2 Case 1 Chief complain Present illness vomiting onset) 내원 10일 전
72/F HTN, hyperlipidemia로 local에서 po med하는 자로 내원 10일전부터 nausea vomiting 있어 본원 소화기내과 외래 통해 입원하여 시행한 Abd.CT상 r/o pancreatic Ca c r/o groove pancreatitis 소견 보이고 EGD상 duodenal partial obstruction 소견 보여 conservative Mx하였고 1달 뒤 시행한 f/u CT, EGD에서 pancreatitis 호전된 소견 보여 영상 review 및 향후 management에 대해 논의하고자 선정함. 72/F 임O례

74/M 2010년 6월 hilar cholangiocarcinoma로 Lt. hemihepatectomy & caudal lobectomy c Roux-en Y hepatojejunostomy시행 후 본원 GS(pf.이상목) 외래 f/u 중 2014년 7월 시행한 GB & biliary CT에서 r/o recurrent tumor of remnant distal CBD소견 보여 US-guided Bx시행하였고 Adenocarcinoma poorly differentiated 소견보여 Pgem ( ) #6( )까지 시행한 자로 f/u pancreas MR에서 complete remission소견 보여 영상 review 및 향후 management에 대해 논의 위해 선정함 74/M 김O태
