For evaluation of Small bowel mass Present illness 50세 남자, 08년 10월에 타병원에서 시행한 혈액검사에서 혈색소 5.2g/dL로 철결핍성 빈혈로 진단받고 위내시경 및 대장내시경을 시행하였으나 특이 소견 없었으며 복부 전산화단층촬영에서 소장에 이상소견이 있어서 개복을 권유받았으나 환자가 거부하여 f/u 하기로 함. 09년 3월에 시행한 복부 전산화단층촬영에서 소장에 lymphoma로 의심되는 병변이 있어서 이중풍선소장내시경을 시행하기 위해 전원됨.
