midline incision.(10번mess) Skin & subcutaneous tissue dissection.

fascia open. Patella eversion. Op field exposure. Meniscectomy.

Osteophytes 를rongeur exclusion. Femur medullary cavity 로 reaming. Section 후 guide insertion.

varus& valgus stability & aligment ckecking. Cutting block connection. Distal cutting guide level checking. saw로 Cutting. 27

bone cement(CMW 3G) heat generation. changes according to time sequence. femoral component cementing . debris

29 Check-up Flexion & extension. Knee joint flexion
spacer pull-out check . Knee joint 80 ˚-100 ˚ flexion spacer lift-off check. Hyperextension check.

30 TKR Completion Cement 가 완전히 굳으면 osteotome 으로 굳은 cement
를 debris 를 한후 anti 가 mix된 saline 으로 irrigation. hemovac 은 knee joint 의 lateral side 로 insertion 후 마무리합니다.

31 muscle 과 fascia 는 vicryl 2 로 봉합 하고 subcutaneous vicryl 1 & 2-0 로 skin 은
skin stapler 를 사용한다.
