3 Helicobacter pylori 1983 by Warren and Marshall
as responsible for gastritis and ulcers. Spiral or curved Gram negative rod with 4-6 flagella at one end. Infects the mucous layer of the gastric epithelium of the stomach. has been found in > 90% of duodenal ulcers, 70% gastric ulcers & 60% gastric cancer (WHO,1994 class I risk factor )

16 요 약 Cobas Core, Behring, 녹십자 시약간 결과를 비교해 보았음. Sensitivity에 차이가 많은편임.
Dade Behring 시약은 자동화검사로 시간절약 가능하고 가격이 저렴한편으로 비용절감 가능함. Helicobacter pylori EIA 검사는 screening 검사로 적합하며 microplate 법으로 전환시 검사건수에 영향을 받음
