Wireless High Speed Internet Access Business Telco/ISP Solution Business Intelligent Network Solution In 2001, our target business can be summarized into 4 main categories and I will explain them in clockwise fashion from wireless LAN. One, Wireless LAN, wireless voice & data and fixed line broadband services have been introduced to market for a while. However, wireless LAN and BWLL services have been delayed mainly due to reliability of service in bad weather and security issue. But now, these problems have been largely solved and secured and we are approaching strategically WLAN solutions and marketing aggressively to hospital, public institutions, enterprises and so on. Our WLAN access point can send the data at 11mbps within 100meter. Simply install wireless LAN card your desk top pc or notebook computer, employees are ready to go without any line interruption. Two, high speed internet access business, our Etherwire4000 can send the data at 2.3mbps within 5km using the existing PSTN lines. We believe our solution is the most competitive solution out there in terms of speed, distance,simple installation and most of all, price. We are currently in discussion with large domestic incumbents and major and micro ISPs in Korea and marketing domestic and overseas including Japan and the US. Third, we have introduced retail automation solution to large discount stores and convenient stores. This solution is called “Electronic Shelf Labeling System” and it changes product price in real time wireless upon changing price in Point of Sales System. It thus increase store competitiveness and productivity and ensure price integrity. Currently we deployed the solution into number of stores in Korea and made a number of strategic alliances with a large retailers in Korea including Shinsege I&C. Fourth, we are very much interested in management security sector as we strongly believe the sector will grow exponentially and independently going forward. Combined with firewall, we will start to provide software security solution called “Server Lock” from Watchguard to make sure our customers are protected from hackers. Our revenue was 64 billion won and net income was 4 billion won, increased 114% and 100% respectively compared to previous year. As you can see from this chart, our revenue for the last 3 years increased double every year. The breakdown of 2000 revenue was first, system integration business accounted for 64% of total revenue (41billion won) and channel business was approximately 12 billion won and broadband business was about 6 billion won. We are projecting this year’s revenue to be 150 billion won, increased by 133% and net income to be 20 billion won. The broadband business is expected to increase to 60billion won mainly due to Etherwire and other value added and intelligent solutions such as caching and security. 2000 EPS : 314원, ROE : 10% 2001(E) EPS : 1,109원 (Fully Diluted)
