3 사도행전 18장 12 갈리오가 아가야 총독 되었을 때에 유대인이 일제히 일어나 바울을 대적하여 법정으로 데리고 가서 13 말하되 이 사람이 율법을 어기면서 하나님을 경외하라고 사람들을 권한다 하거늘 12 While Gallio was proconsul of Achaia, the Jews made a united attack on Paul and brought him into court. 13 "This man," they charged, "is persuading the people to worship God in ways contrary to the law."

4 사도행전 18장 14 바울이 입을 열고자 할 때에 갈리오가 유대인들에게 이르되 너희 유대인들아 만일 이것이 무슨 부정한 일이나 불량한 행동이었으면 내가 너희 말을 들어 주는 것이 옳거니와 15 만일 문제가 언어와 명칭과 너희 법에 관한 것이면 너희가 스스로 처리하라 나는 이러한 일에 재판장 되기를 원하지 아니하노라 하고 16 그들을 법정에서 쫓아내니 17 모든 사람이 회당장 소스데네를 잡아 법정 앞에서 때리되 갈리오가 이 일을 상관하지 아니하니라 14 Just as Paul was about to speak, Gallio said to the Jews, "If you Jews were making a complaint about some misdemeanor or serious crime, it would be reasonable for me to listen to you. 15 But since it involves questions about words and names and your own law--settle the matter yourselves. I will not be a judge of such things.“ 16 So he had them ejected from the court. 18:17 Then they all turned on Sosthenes the synagogue ruler and beat him in front of the court. But Gallio showed no concern whatever.

18:19 에베소에 와서 그들을 거기 머물게 하고 자기는 회당에 들어가서 유대인들과 변론하니 20 여러 사람이 더 오래 있기를 청하되 허락하지 아니하고 21 작별하여 이르되 만일 하나님의 뜻이면 너희에게 돌아오리라 하고 배를 타고 에베소를 떠나 22 가이사랴에 상륙하여 올라가 교회의 안부를 물은 후에 안디옥으로 내려가서 19 They arrived at Ephesus, where Paul left Priscilla and Aquila. He himself went into the synagogue and reasoned with the Jews. 20 When they asked him to spend more time with them, he declined. 21 But as he left, he promised, "I will come back if it is God's will." 7 바울의 3차 전도행적 Paul’s 3rd Mission Trip 18:24 알렉산드리아에서 난 아볼로라 하는 유대인이 에베소에 이르니 이 사람은 언변이 좋고 성경에 능통한 자라 18:24 Meanwhile a Jew named Apollos, a native of Alexandria, came to Ephesus. He was a learned man, with a thorough knowledge of the Scriptures. 빌립보 Philippi 데살로니가 Thessalonica 드로아 Troas 갈라디아 갈라디아로 출발 (행18:23) 부르기아 시리아 안디옥 Antioch 고린도 Corinth 에베소 Ephesus 루스드라 Lystra 18:23 얼마 있다가 떠나 갈라디아와 브루기아 땅을 차례로 다니며 모든 제자를 굳건하게 하니라 18:23 After spending some time in Antioch, Paul set out from there and traveled from place to place throughout the region of Galatia and Phrygia, strengthening all the disciples. 아볼로의 등장 (행18:24~28) (고전3:4~10) 알렉산드리아 Alexandria

8 사도행전 18장 25 그가 일찍이 주의 도를 배워 열심으로 예수에 관한 것을 자세히 말하며 가르치나 요한의 침례만 알 따름이라 26 그가 회당에서 담대히 말하기 시작하거늘 브리스길라와 아굴라가 듣고 데려다가 하나님의 도를 더 정확하게 풀어 이르더라 25 He had been instructed in the way of the Lord, and he spoke with great fervor and taught about Jesus accurately, though he knew only the baptism of John. 26 He began to speak boldly in the synagogue. When Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they invited him to their home and explained to him the way of God more adequately.

9 목사들이 씹어 만든 영양제를 먹고 다니는 사람들이 아니라 성경을 바르게 배워 1-2년 후에는
성도들은… 평생토록 목사들이 씹어 만든 영양제를 먹고 다니는 사람들이 아니라 성경을 바르게 배워 1-2년 후에는 충분히 배운 것을 또 다른 사람에게 가르칠 수 있어야 한다. 성도들은… 목사나 리더들을 따르는 사람들의 제자가 아니라 말씀을 따르는 예수님의 제자들이다.

10 사도행전 18장 27 아볼로가 아가야로 건너가고자 함으로 형제들이 그를 격려하며 제자들에게 편지를 써 영접하라 하였더니 그가 가매 은혜로 말미암아 믿은 자들에게 많은 유익을 주니 28 이는 성경으로써 예수는 그리스도라고 증언하여 공중 앞에서 힘있게 유대인의 말을 이김이러라 27 When Apollos wanted to go to Achaia, the brothers encouraged him and wrote to the disciples there to welcome him. On arriving, he was a great help to those who by grace had believed. 28 For he vigorously refuted the Jews in public debate, proving from the Scriptures that Jesus was the Christ. 우리도 섬기는 사람들을 세워갈 때 단지 교회에 익숙한 사람들을 만드는 것이 아니라 성경을 바르게 알아 스스로 굳건히 서고 또한 그 말씀으로 다른 사람들에게 예수가 그리스도이심을 증거할 수 있는 사람으로 세워가야 한다.

11 바울의 3차 전도행적 Paul’s 3rd Mission Trip 19:1 아볼로가 고린도에 있을 때에 바울이 윗지방으로 다녀 에베소에 와서 어떤 제자들을 만나 1 While Apollos was at Corinth, Paul took the road through the interior and arrived at Ephesus. There he found some disciples 빌립보 Philippi 데살로니가 Thessalonica 드로아 Troas 갈라디아로 출발 (행18:23) 시리아 안디옥 Antioch 고린도 Corinth 아볼로 Apollos 에베소 Ephesus 바울 Paul 19:2 이르되 너희가 믿을 때에 성령을 받았느냐 이르되 아니라 우리는 성령이 계심도 듣지 못하였노라 2 and asked them, "Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?" They answered, "No, we have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit."

12 바른 태도를 훈련해야 하고 말씀대로 사는 삶을 배워야 한다.
사도행전 19장 8 바울이 회당에 들어가 석 달 동안 담대히 하나님 나라에 관하여 강론하며 권면하되 9 어떤 사람들은 마음이 굳어 순종하지 않고 무리 앞에서 이 도를 비방하거늘 바울이 그들을 떠나 제자들을 따로 세우고 두란노 서원에서 날마다 강론하니라 10 두 해 동안 이같이 하니 아시아에 사는 자는 유대인이나 헬라인이나 다 주의 말씀을 듣더라 8 Paul entered the synagogue and spoke boldly there for three months, arguing persuasively about the kingdom of God. 9 But some of them became obstinate; they refused to believe and publicly maligned the Way. So Paul left them. He took the disciples with him and had discussions daily in the lecture hall of Tyrannus. 10 This went on for two years, so that all the Jews and Greeks who lived in the province of Asia heard the word of the Lord. 하나님은 여러 환경적인 변화를 통해 우리의 마음을 부드럽게 만드신다. 그래서 우리는 이런 부드러운 마음이 굳기 전에 바른 태도를 훈련해야 하고 말씀대로 사는 삶을 배워야 한다.

13 그 가르치는 말씀이 옳다는 것을 증거하기 위해서
사도행전 19장 11 하나님이 바울의 손으로 놀라운 능력을 행하게 하시니 12 심지어 사람들이 바울의 몸에서 손수건이나 앞치마를 가져다가 병든 사람에게 얹으면 그 병이 떠나고 악귀도 나가더라 11 God did extraordinary miracles through Paul, 12 so that even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them. 바울이 한 것은 하나님 말씀을 성실히 가르친 것이다! 그 가르치는 말씀이 옳다는 것을 증거하기 위해서 하나님께서 직접 표적을 보여주신 것이다.

14 사도행전 19장 19 또 마술을 행하던 많은 사람이 그 책을 모아 가지고 와서 모든 사람 앞에서 불사르니 그 책 값을 계산한즉 은 오만이나 되더라 20 이와 같이 주의 말씀이 힘이 있어 흥왕하여 세력을 얻으니라 19 A number who had practiced sorcery brought their scrolls together and burned them publicly. When they calculated the value of the scrolls, the total came to fifty thousand drachmas. 20 In this way the word of the Lord spread widely and grew in power 19:20(현대어성경) 이는 바로 하나님의 말씀에 의해서 얼마나 큰 일이 온 지방에 일어났는가를 단적으로 말해 주는 것이다. 주의 말씀이 흥왕(부흥)한 이유는… 바울(목회자)가 어떤 권위와 능력을 가지고 한 것이 아니라 주의 말씀에 의해서…

15 나는 얼마나 시간과 노력을 투자하는가? 충분한 배움의 시간이 없고 집중된 노력을 하지 않았기 때문이다!!
하나님의 말씀을 배우는 일에… 또한 그 말씀을 바르게 전달하고자 하는 일에 시간과 노력을 투자하는가? 말씀이 어렵다고 느끼는 것은… 충분한 배움의 시간이 없고 집중된 노력을 하지 않았기 때문이다!!

16 요16:13 그러나 진리의 성령이 오시면 그가 너희를 모든 진리 가운데로 인도하시리니 그가 스스로 말하지 않고 오직 들은 것을 말하며 장래 일을 너희에게 알리시리라 16:13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. 성령으로 충만하게 된다면 우리에게 가장 먼저 나타나는 것은 바로 진리를 기뻐하고 즐거워하는 것이다!!

17 성경은 저절로 읽어지는 것이 아니다!!! 신명기 17장 18 그가 왕위에 오르거든 이 율법서의 등사본을 레위 사람 제사장 앞에서 책에 기록하여 19 평생에 자기 옆에 두고 읽어 그의 하나님 여호와 경외하기를 배우며 이 율법의 모든 말과 이 규례를 지켜 행할 것이라 Deuteronomy 17 18 When he takes the throne of his kingdom, he is to write for himself on a scroll a copy of this law, taken from that of the priests, who are Levites. 19 It is to be with him, and he is to read it all the days of his life so that he may learn to revere the LORD his God and follow carefully all the words of this law and these decrees

18 성도들이 순종해야 할 가장 중요한 것은 하나님의 말씀을 배우고 실천하는 것이다. 신명기 17장
20 그리하면 그의 마음이 그의 형제 위에 교만하지 아니하고 이 명령에서 떠나 좌로나 우로나 치우치지 아니하리니 이스라엘 중에서 그와 그의 자손이 왕위에 있는 날이 장구하리라 Deuteronomy 17 20 and not consider himself better than his brothers and turn from the law to the right or to the left. Then he and his descendants will reign a long time over his kingdom in Israel.
