1 저작권 관련 학생 유의사항 저작권이 있는 저작물을 임의로 인터넷에 업로드 하는 것은 대한민국 법률 상 저작 권자의 저작권을 침해하는 것임 저작물에는 소설·시·논문·강연·연술(演述)·각본·음악·연극·무용·회화·서예·도안(圖 案)·조각·공예·건축물·사진·영상(映像)·도형(圖形)·컴퓨터프로그램 등이 포함되며, 특히 학생들이 많이 실수를 저지르는 부분은 그림 파일, 폰트 등임 저작물에 대해 저작권이 있는지를 몰랐더라도 조금도 면책되지 않음 원칙적으로 담당교수가 지정한 것 이외의 저작물을 본인 저작물의 일부 또는 전부 로 사용하여 담당교수가 지시한 곳 (e.g. YSCEC) 이외의 웹 사이트에 업로드 하는 일이 없어야 함 수업과 관련하여 사용한 것이라도 담당교수의 지시를 벗어나서 사용, 업로드 등을 한 경우 전적으로 학생의 책임이 됨

2 Notice regarding copyright
It is a violation of copyright to upload copyrighted material to the Internet without permission of the copyright holder. Copyrighted material includes novels, poems, research papers, lectures, screenplays, music, plays, dance performances, paintings, calligraphy, designs, sculpture, handicrafts, architectural matter, photographs, videos, figures, computer programs and so on. Be reminded that image files and fonts are also copyrighted materials. There is no exemption from responsibility even if a student uses copyrighted material without knowing that the material is copyrighted. It is not permissible to upload copyrighted material that is not authorized by a professor on an undesignated website. The student is fully responsible if he/she uses or uploads copyrighted material against a professor’s instruction, though the material is used for a class.
