Materials & Methods E.coli에 plasmid 100ng을 넣고 pipetting
Ice에서 20~30min incubation 42℃ 20s Heat shock LB plate(+ampicillin)에 도말 *alcohol lamp Incubation 37℃ 16h 후 4℃에 보관
