Ltd., #4-106 Wonju Medical Instrument Industry and Technology Park, Taejang-dong, Wonju Introduction 본 연구에서는 Mo, W 타겟을 갖는 맘모그래피용 마이크로 포커스 X-관에 사용되는 집속관을 설계하였다. 성능과 해상도를 향상시키기 위해 OPERA-3D/SCALA를 이용하여 전자빔 궤적을 시뮬레이션 하였다. OPERA-3D/SCALA SW 프로그램을 X-관에 적용하여 유한요소로 분할 표시한 집속관 모델링과 CAD를 이용한 형상설계 및 구체적인 좌표를 설정하였다. SW를 통한 유한요소로 분할하여 X03_pre.comi 파일에서 변수화 모델로 전처리하고 후처리용 파일 X03_post.comi에서 처리하여 궤적을 시뮬레이션하였다. 또한 (집속관: 텅스텐, -40 kV) (필라멘트: 텅스텐,70 kV, Temp: 2000 K, work function: 4 eV ) (타겟: 몰리브덴, )로 고정된 조건과 각각 다른 집속관의 구조에 따른 전자빔의 분포와 타겟에서의 초점변화를 관찰하고 분석하였다. For find the ideal focus at target make many cathode tube and calculated focus at target .And picking the standard in cathode tube’s size. Find the second focus at -0.3mm, 0.15mm point It is the make unnecessary X-ray and make reduce X-ray picture quality Emitting property Work function: 4eV Temp:2000K Volt 70kV Emission constant: 120cm^(-2)k^(-2) 2. Draw the cathode tube take into account that, combine the result of experiment on Num1. and considered many element(ex. Work function, Temp , filament size etc.) Emitting property Work function: 4eV Temp:2000K Volt 70kV Emission constant: 120cm^(-2)k^(-2) Adjust the focusing cup -> narrow the distance of each side of focusing cup Find the reduce second focus at -0.3mm, 0.15mm point Point 3. Beam path and density map on target(focus) In modell.2(after the adjust) Focus size right:0.045 mm By Y The electron release the outside of semi conduction by tunneling phenomenon which is permit the electric field in the cathode and penetrate the energy wall. 3. Apply the Num.2’s cathode tube, calculated focus at target. And adjust the cathode tube, change the other element for find the ideal focus.
