상부위장관 출혈을 주소로 내원한 37세 여자 환자 이화의대 내과학교실, 의과학 연구소 조유경, 심기남, 이종수, 염혜정, 김성은, 정성애, 유권 장결핵환자에서 감염 후 과민성 장증후군의 발생빈도와 임상양상에 대해 말씀드리겠습니다.

2 김 * 혜 (F/37) Chief complaint : Melena Dizziness Dyspnea on exertion ( for 1 week )

3 Present illness 상기 37세 여환은 고혈압, 당뇨 등의 기저 질환 없이 지내던 분으로 97년 오심, 소화불량의 증상으로 시행한 위내시경 검사에서 점막하 종양 진단 받은 적 있으며, 2001년 추적관찰 했을 때 크기의 증가를 보여 수술 권유 받았으나 치료를 거부했던 환자로, 내원 1주 전 시작된 수 차례의 흑변, 내원 전 발생한 어지럼증과 운동 시 호흡곤란을 주소로 내원하였다.
