아시아태평양 창업센터(Pacific Asia Center for Entrepreneurship) http://pace.shidler.hawaii.edu/about The Pacific Asian Center for Entrepreneurship (PACE) is the home for an integrated set of leading-edge entrepreneurship programs at the University of Hawaii. Based in the Shidler College of Business, PACE is dedicated to fostering the entrepreneurial spirit among all members of the University and local community. Our programs are organized into four areas: An innovative graduate and undergraduate curriculum reflecting an Asian Pacific theme; Research projects that facilitate entrepreneurial practice and the advancement of our understanding of entrepreneurship in the Pacific Rim; A menu of experiential programs, aimed at providing students and faculty with invaluable, hands-on entrepreneurial experiences; and An active agenda of community outreach and involvement with Pacific Asian entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial venture. 하와이 경영대: 창업전공 (Entrepreneurship Major) The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Entrepreneurship program is designed to prepare future entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge to start their own businesses. The program will focus on identifying, analyzing and evaluating global and local business opportunities; creating new independent business ventures or new ventures within existing firms; developing creativity and understanding innovation; ethical and social responsibilities for entrepreneurs; environment assessment for new ventures; marketing research; financial planning; developing effective business plans to obtain financing; sources of capital; legal issues related to starting and operating a business; valuation; family owned businesses; succession; and opportunities for women and minority entrepreneurs. 아시아 태평양 기업법 센터 (Institute of Asian-Pacific Business Law) https://www.law.hawaii.edu/institute-asian-pacific-business-law The Institute of Asian-Pacific Business Law was established in June 2006 by the Law School. The Institute's goal is to become the premier academic center for research and training in the rapidly growing field of business law in Asia and the Pacific. The Institute focuses on areas of great importance to Asia and Hawai‘i, including commercial law, insolvency and secured transactions, corporate law and business transactions, securities, intellectual property, real estate financing, and labor law issues. The Institute's activities facilitate direct exchanges between the academic, legal, and business communities in Hawai‘i and throughout the Asia-Pacific region. To date, the Institute has organized three international symposia.  The Inaugural Symposium was held in Hawai‘i in April 2007, and two symposia were held in Hong Kong, in October 2007 and March 2008. 평가방법 IP 해외 세미나에 참석하는 학생들은 관련 주제에 대하여 보고서 제출을 하도록 하여 평가를 진행함. Pass and Fail
