3 Hydrocolloids / Indications
APT or CPT / AFT or CFT Good for stage 1 to 3 ulcers plaque psoriasis, bullous disorders, burns, dermabrasions.

4 Hydrocolloids Application directly to wound.
dressing changes every 3 to 7 days. Saline irrigation to cleans Contraindications Hypersensitivity to materials. not to be used over eschars or over exposed tendons.

5 Hydrocolloids Complications New epithelium may still be removed.
wound macerations due to hypererhydration Gel :odoriferous and purulent discharge?

6 Hydrocolloids / Special points
Impermeable to liquids and vapors. Can be cut and shaped w/o a securing layer.
