Selection은 다음과 같은 두 가지 기준에 의해서 이루어집니다. - Geometric characteristics : cell의 크기와 형태에 맞는 selection 기준 설정 - Spectral characteristics : Fluorescence analysis (Option ; UV Light source and filter set) Manual CellCelectorTM Workflow 비교 2 제품특징 Speed 기존의 방법과 비교해서 cell damage가 적고, 빨리 selection 할 수 있습니다. Simple 간단한 조작으로 원하는 cell만 selection할 수 있습니다. Accuracy 안전하고 정확성이 뛰어난 micro-controller에 의해서 조정되는 robotic system Available for condition control -프로그램을 이용해서 각각의 cell type에 알맞은 조건 설정 가능 -Adherent cell과 agar plate 상의 cell들은 fully automatic selection 가능 -Real time monitoring - selection 과정 동안, 컴퓨터 모니터를 통해서 실시간으로 cell 관찰 가능 -Documentation 가능
