Biceps long head ( arrow head ) 주위로 Effusion( 화살표 )이 있다. Biceps tendon안의 echogenecity도 inhomogenous하게 보여 biceps tendinopathy가 있을 것으로 보인다. (이 scan만으로 판단할 수는 없다)

Shoulder를 Crass position후 시행한 SSP long axis scan 이다. GT( greater tuberosity ) 위의 SSP tendon 부착 부위의 fluid filled defect( 화살표)및 Medial side로 retraction된 SSP tendon (arrow head )이 보인다. SSP full thickness tear에 합당한 소견이다
