Assumption Here is the contents. In the introduction, I will tell you backgroud of OTFT and the key parameters which determine OTFT performance. And then I will give you the reason why we should scale down OTFTs and previous works related to this topic. And next, our experiments and results about scaling down of top contact OTFT channel length would be discussed, and finally, summary and conclusion will be given.
