The airport transfer service fee of $80 and is fully refundable as long as you cancel at least 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

This fee is waived one time when changing, within 60 days, from student residence to homestay or vice versa. The accommodation arrangement fee, a security deposit and pre-paid rent are fully refundable if you cancel in writing 10 days prior to your move in date. For rental rates and a security deposit, refer to the Rental Rate Table. Rental Rates Below is a rental rate table based on the type of housing for the corresponding POLY Center. For both student residence and homestay, there is a security deposit of $100. All fees and rates are subject to change without a notice.
