4 7:2 살룸의 현손이요 사독의 오대 손이요 아히둡의 육대 손이요 3 아마랴의 칠대 손이요 아사랴의 팔대 손이요 므라욧의 구대 손이요 4 스라히야의 십대 손이요 웃시엘의 십일대 손이요 북기의 십이대 손이요 5 아비수아의 십삼대 손이요 비느하스의 십사대 손이요 엘르아살의 십오대 손이요 대제사장 아론의 십육대 손이라 7:2 the son of Shallum, the son of Zadok, the son of Ahitub, 7:3 the son of Amariah, the son of Azariah, the son of Meraioth, 7:4 the son of Zerahiah, the son of Uzzi, the son of Bukki, 7:5 the son of Abishua, the son of Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the chief priest--

5 7:6 이 에스라가 바벨론에서 올라왔으니 그는 이스라엘의 하나님 여호와께서 주신 모세의 율법에 익숙한 학자로서 그의 하나님 여호와의 도우심을 입음으로 왕에게 구하는 것은 다 받는 자이더니 7:6 this Ezra came up from Babylon. He was a teacher well versed in the Law of Moses, which the LORD, the God of Israel, had given. The king had granted him everything he asked, for the hand of the LORD his God was on him. 혈통적- 아론의 자손 종교적- 모세의 율법에 능통 정치적- 아닥사스다에게 원하는 것을 받을 수 있는 사람 에스라가 자신을 이렇게 소개하는 이유…?

6 7:7 아닥사스다 왕 제칠년에 이스라엘 자손과 제사장들과 레위 사람들과 노래하는 자들과 문지기들과 느디님 사람들 중에 몇 사람이 예루살렘으로 올라올 때에 8 이 에스라가 올라왔으니 왕의 제칠년 다섯째 달이라 9 첫째 달 초하루에 바벨론에서 길을 떠났고 하나님의 선한 손의 도우심을 입어 다섯째 달 초하루에 예루살렘에 이르니라 10 에스라가 여호와의 율법을 연구하여 준행하며 율례와 규례를 이스라엘에게 가르치기로 결심하였었더라 7:7 Some of the Israelites, including priests, Levites, singers, gatekeepers and temple servants, also came up to Jerusalem in the seventh year of King Artaxerxes. 7:8 Ezra arrived in Jerusalem in the fifth month of the seventh year of the king. 7:9 He had begun his journey from Babylon on the first day of the first month, and he arrived in Jerusalem on the first day of the fifth month, for the gracious hand of his God was on him. 7:10 For Ezra had devoted himself to the study and observance of the Law of the LORD, and to teaching its decrees and laws in Israel.

7 내가 왜 존재하는지에 대한 Being의 문제가 먼저 해결되면
에스라가 조국에 돌아온 이유… 무엇을 해야 하는가 하는 Doing의 문제는 내가 왜 존재하는지에 대한 Being의 문제가 먼저 해결되면 저절로 알게 된다.

8 교회는 성경으로 충분합니다!!! 여호와의 율법을 연구하여 준행하며 율례와 규례를 하나님의 백성에게 가르치겠다!!!
오늘날 성도와 교회가 필요한 결단 여호와의 율법을 연구하여 준행하며 율례와 규례를 하나님의 백성에게 가르치겠다!!! 스 7:10 에스라가 여호와의 율법을 연구하여 준행하며 율례와 규례를 이스라엘에게 가르치기로 결심하였었더라 7:10 For Ezra had devoted himself to the study and observance of the Law of the LORD, and to teaching its decrees and laws in Israel. 교회는 성경으로 충분합니다!!!

9 어떤 상황과 환경 속에서도 하나님의 말씀대로 살아내는 사람을 세우는 것
교회가 목숨 걸고 해야 하는 사명… 어떤 상황과 환경 속에서도 하나님의 말씀대로 살아내는 사람을 세우는 것

10 성경을 통해 보여주시는 하나님의 마음을 알게 하는 것 뿐이다.
하나님의 백성다운 사람을 세우려면…. 성경과 역사를 바르게 알게 하고, 성경을 통해 보여주시는 하나님의 마음을 알게 하는 것 뿐이다.

11 아무런 준비없이 막무가내로 나아가는 것이 아니다. 하나님이 당장 사용하실 수 있는 실력을 준비하는 것이다.
7:11 여호와의 계명의 말씀과 이스라엘에게 주신 율례 학자요 학자 겸 제사장인 에스라에게 아닥사스다 왕이 내린 조서의 초본은 아래와 같으니라 7:11 This is a copy of the letter King Artaxerxes had given to Ezra the priest and teacher, a man learned in matters concerning the commands and decrees of the LORD for Israel: 온전한 믿음은 아무런 준비없이 막무가내로 나아가는 것이 아니다. 하나님이 당장 사용하실 수 있는 실력을 준비하는 것이다.

12 7:12 모든 왕의 왕 아닥사스다는 하늘의 하나님의 율법에 완전한 학자 겸 제사장 에스라에게 13 조서를 내리노니 우리 나라에 있는 이스라엘 백성과 그들 제사장들과 레위 사람들 중에 예루살렘으로 올라갈 뜻이 있는 자는 누구든지 너와 함께 갈지어다 7:12 Artaxerxes, king of kings, To Ezra the priest, a teacher of the Law of the God of heaven: Greetings. 7:13 Now I decree that any of the Israelites in my kingdom, including priests and Levites, who wish to go to Jerusalem with you, may go.

13 7:14 너는 네 손에 있는 네 하나님의 율법을 따라 유다와 예루살렘의 형편을 살피기 위하여 왕과 일곱 자문관의 보냄을 받았으니 15 왕과 자문관들이 예루살렘에 거하시는 이스라엘 하나님께 성심으로 드리는 은금을 가져가고 16 또 네가 바벨론 온 도에서 얻을 모든 은금과 및 백성과 제사장들이 예루살렘에 있는 그들의 하나님의 성전을 위하여 기쁘게 드릴 예물을 가져다가… 7:14 You are sent by the king and his seven advisers to inquire about Judah and Jerusalem with regard to the Law of your God, which is in your hand. 7:15 Moreover, you are to take with you the silver and gold that the king and his advisers have freely given to the God of Israel, whose dwelling is in Jerusalem, 7:16 together with all the silver and gold you may obtain from the province of Babylon, as well as the freewill offerings of the people and priests for the temple of their God in Jerusalem.

14 7:20 그 외에도 네 하나님의 성전에 쓰일 것이 있어서 네가 드리고자 하거든 무엇이든지 궁중창고에서 내다가 드릴지니라 21 나 곧 아닥사스다 왕이 유브라데 강 건너편 모든 창고지기에게 조서를 내려 이르기를 하늘의 하나님의 율법 학자 겸 제사장 에스라가 무릇 너희에게 구하는 것을 신속히 시행하되 22 은은 백 달란트까지, 밀은 백 고르까지, 포도주는 백 밧까지, 기름도 백 밧까지 하고 소금은 정량 없이 하라 23 무릇 하늘의 하나님의 전을 위하여 하늘의 하나님이 명령하신 것은 삼가 행하라 어찌하여 진노가 왕과 왕자의 나라에 임하게 하랴 7:20 And anything else needed for the temple of your God that you may have occasion to supply, you may provide from the royal treasury. 21 Now I, King Artaxerxes, order all the treasurers of Trans-Euphrates to provide with diligence whatever Ezra the priest, a teacher of the Law of the God of heaven, may ask of you-- 22 up to a hundred talents of silver, a hundred cors of wheat, a hundred baths of wine, a hundred baths of olive oil, and salt without limit.

15 건강한 믿음은 자신에게 주어진 시간에, 보내진 현장에서 성실히 실력을 기르는 것이다.

16 상황과 환경, 사람을 탓하지 말고 성경과 역사를 바르게 알고 삶 속에서 성실히, 열심히, 충분히 실력을 쌓으라.

17 7:24 내가 너희에게 이르노니 제사장들이나 레위 사람들이나 노래하는 자들이나 문지기들이나 느디님 사람들이나 혹 하나님의 성전에서 일하는 자들에게 조공과 관세와 통행세를 받는 것이 옳지 않으니라 하였노라 7:24 You are also to know that you have no authority to impose taxes, tribute or duty on any of the priests, Levites, singers, gatekeepers, temple servants or other workers at this house of God.

18 7:25 에스라여 너는 네 손에 있는 네 하나님의 지혜를 따라 네 하나님의 율법을 아는 자를 법관과 재판관을 삼아 강 건너편 모든 백성을 재판하게 하고 그 중 알지 못하는 자는 너희가 가르치라 26 무릇 네 하나님의 명령과 왕의 명령을 준행하지 아니하는 자는 속히 그 죄를 정하여 혹 죽이거나 귀양 보내거나 가산을 몰수하거나 옥에 가둘지니라 하였더라 7:25 And you, Ezra, in accordance with the wisdom of your God, which you possess, appoint magistrates and judges to administer justice to all the people of Trans-Euphrates--all who know the laws of your God. And you are to teach any who do not know them. 7:26 Whoever does not obey the law of your God and the law of the king must surely be punished by death, banishment, confiscation of property, or imprisonment.

19 7:27 우리 조상들의 하나님 여호와를 송축할지로다 그가 왕의 마음에 예루살렘 여호와의 성전을 아름답게 할 뜻을 두시고 28 또 나로 왕과 그의 보좌관들 앞과 왕의 권세 있는 모든 방백의 앞에서 은혜를 얻게 하셨도다 내 하나님 여호와의 손이 내 위에 있으므로 내가 힘을 얻어 이스라엘 중에 우두머리들을 모아 나와 함께 올라오게 하였노라 7:27 Praise be to the LORD, the God of our fathers, who has put it into the king's heart to bring honor to the house of the LORD in Jerusalem in this way 7:28 and who has extended his good favor to me before the king and his advisers and all the king's powerful officials. Because the hand of the LORD my God was on me, I took courage and gathered leading men from Israel to go up with me.

20 기도는 순종을 미루는 도구가 아니라 하나님의 말씀대로 순종하는 시작이다!!!
8:21 그 때에 내가 아하와 강 가에서 금식을 선포하고 우리 하나님 앞에서 스스로 겸비하여 우리와 우리 어린 아이와 모든 소유를 위하여 평탄한 길을 그에게 간구하였으니 22 이는 우리가 전에 왕에게 아뢰기를 우리 하나님의 손은 자기를 찾는 모든 자에게 선을 베푸시고 자기를 배반하는 모든 자에게는 권능과 진노를 내리신다 하였으므로 길에서 적군을 막고 우리를 도울 보병과 마병을 왕에게 구하기를 부끄러워 하였음이라 8:21 There, by the Ahava Canal, I proclaimed a fast, so that we might humble ourselves before our God and ask him for a safe journey for us and our children, with all our possessions. 8:22 I was ashamed to ask the king for soldiers and horsemen to protect us from enemies on the road, because we had told the king, "The gracious hand of our God is on everyone who looks to him, but his great anger is against all who forsake him." 기도는 순종을 미루는 도구가 아니라 하나님의 말씀대로 순종하는 시작이다!!!

21 하나님의 살아계신 역사를 확인할 수 있는 길이다.
8:31 첫째 달 십이 일에 우리가 아하와 강을 떠나 예루살렘으로 갈새 우리 하나님의 손이 우리를 도우사 대적과 길에 매복한 자의 손에서 건지신지라 8:31 On the twelfth day of the first month we set out from the Ahava Canal to go to Jerusalem. The hand of our God was on us, and he protected us from enemies and bandits along the way. 순종의 길은 평탄한 길이 아니라 방해와 위협과 두려움이 있는 길이다. 그러나 하나님의 도우심을 확인할 수 있고, 하나님의 살아계신 역사를 확인할 수 있는 길이다.

22 8:32 이에 예루살렘에 이르러 거기서 삼 일 간 머물고 33 제사일에 우리 하나님의 성전에서 은과 금과 그릇을 달아서 제사장 우리아의 아들 므레못의 손에 넘기니 비느하스의 아들 엘르아살과 레위 사람 예수아의 아들 요사밧과 빈누이의 아들 노아댜가 함께 있어 34 모든 것을 다 세고 달아 보고 그 무게의 총량을 그 때에 기록하였느니라 8:32 So we arrived in Jerusalem, where we rested three days. 8:33 On the fourth day, in the house of our God, we weighed out the silver and gold and the sacred articles into the hands of Meremoth son of Uriah, the priest. Eleazar son of Phinehas was with him, and so were the Levites Jozabad son of Jeshua and Noadiah son of Binnui. 8:34 Everything was accounted for by number and weight, and the entire weight was recorded at that time.

23 9:1 이 일 후에 방백들이 내게 나아와 이르되 이스라엘 백성과 제사장들과 레위 사람들이 이 땅 백성들에게서 떠나지 아니하고 가나안 사람들과 헷 사람들과 브리스 사람들과 여부스 사람들과 암몬 사람들과 모압 사람들과 애굽 사람들과 아모리 사람들의 가증한 일을 행하여 2 그들의 딸을 맞이하여 아내와 며느리로 삼아 거룩한 자손이 그 지방 사람들과 서로 섞이게 하는데 방백들과 고관들이 이 죄에 더욱 으뜸이 되었다 하는지라 9:1 After these things had been done, the leaders came to me and said, "The people of Israel, including the priests and the Levites, have not kept themselves separate from the neighboring peoples with their detestable practices, like those of the Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Jebusites, Ammonites, Moabites, Egyptians and Amorites. 9:2 They have taken some of their daughters as wives for themselves and their sons, and have mingled the holy race with the peoples around them. And the leaders and officials have led the way in this unfaithfulness."

24 9:3 내가 이 일을 듣고 속옷과 겉옷을 찢고 머리털과 수염을 뜯으며 기가 막혀 앉으니
9:3 When I heard this, I tore my tunic and cloak, pulled hair from my head and beard and sat down appalled.

25 한 사람의 진정한 회개는 공동체 구성원들의 마음을 돌릴 수 있다.
10:1 에스라가 하나님의 성전 앞에 엎드려 울며 기도하여 죄를 자복할 때에 많은 백성이 크게 통곡하매 이스라엘 중에서 백성의 남녀와 어린 아이의 큰 무리가 그 앞에 모인지라 10:1 While Ezra was praying and confessing, weeping and throwing himself down before the house of God, a large crowd of Israelites--men, women and children--gathered around him. They too wept bitterly. 한 사람의 진정한 회개는 공동체 구성원들의 마음을 돌릴 수 있다.

26 몰랐다고 하는 것은 게으름과 욕심의 결과이기 때문에
배우고 바르게 알 수 있는 나이에 몰랐다고 하는 것은 게으름과 욕심의 결과이기 때문에 모르는 그것이 변명이 될 수 없다.

27 떠나지 못하는 것은 욕심을 버리지 못하기 때문이다.
10:15 오직 아사헬의 아들 요나단과 디과의 아들 야스야가 일어나 그 일을 반대하고 므술람과 레위 사람 삽브대가 그들을 돕더라 10:15 Only Jonathan son of Asahel and Jahzeiah son of Tikvah, supported by Meshullam and Shabbethai the Levite, opposed this. 죄악된 것이 무엇인지 알면서도 떠나지 못하는 것은 욕심을 버리지 못하기 때문이다.

28 신명기 7장 3 또 그들과 혼인하지도 말지니 네 딸을 그들의 아들에게 주지 말 것이요 그들의 딸도 네 며느리로 삼지 말 것은 4 그가 네 아들을 유혹하여 그가 여호와를 떠나고 다른 신들을 섬기게 하므로 여호와께서 너희에게 진노하사 갑자기 너희를 멸하실 것임이니라 3 Do not intermarry with them. Do not give your daughters to their sons or take their daughters for your sons, 7:4 for they will turn your sons away from following me to serve other gods, and the LORD'S anger will burn against you and will quickly destroy you. 고린도후서 6장 3 너희는 믿지 않는 자와 멍에를 함께 메지 말라 의와 불법이 어찌 함께 하며 빛과 어둠이 어찌 사귀며 3 We put no stumbling block in anyone's path, so that our ministry will not be discredited.

29 죄를 고칠 때 철저하게 고쳐야 한다!!! 독이 묻은 그릇에 아무리 좋은 음식을 넣어도 독약이 되는 것처럼
10:16 사로잡혔던 자들의 자손이 그대로 한지라 제사장 에스라가 그 종족을 따라 각각 지명된 족장들 몇 사람을 선임하고 열째 달 초하루에 앉아 그 일을 조사하여17 첫째 달 초하루에 이르러 이방 여인을 아내로 맞이한 자의 일 조사하기를 마치니라 10:16 So the exiles did as was proposed. Ezra the priest selected men who were family heads, one from each family division, and all of them designated by name. On the first day of the tenth month they sat down to investigate the cases, 17 and by the first day of the first month they finished dealing with all the men who had married foreign women. 독이 묻은 그릇에 아무리 좋은 음식을 넣어도 독약이 되는 것처럼 죄가 남아 있는 그릇에 무엇을 채우면 다 죄로 물들게 되고 만다.

30 성경을 바르게 아는 사람이 나타났기 때문!! 창세기부터 계시록까지 성경과 역사를 제대로 아는 곳에서 시작해야 한다.
성전재건 후 별 일이 없는 것 같았던 이스라엘 공동체에 왜 큰 소동이 일어났는가? 성경을 바르게 아는 사람이 나타났기 때문!! 교회 개혁 부르짖을 때 그 개혁을 다른 데서 찾으면 안 되고 창세기부터 계시록까지 성경과 역사를 제대로 아는 곳에서 시작해야 한다.

31 순종이 힘든 이유는 정말 말씀이 우리에게 불가능한 것을 요구해서가 아니라 자기가 하고 싶은 것에 대해 욕심을 버리지 않기 때문이다.
