Dr. Gahagan : Mura 검사에 대하여 JND 방법을 연계하여 기록할 수 있음을 표기(정량적으로 가능할 경우) 검사 환경에 대하여 95 lx ambient lighting condition / < 20 lx luminance from ambient lighting 등의 조건이 도출된 근거에 대하여 조사하기로 함. 네덜란드 NC : Title 변경 제안 “Measuring methods of visual quality and ambient performance.” 한국 NC : ‘significant photoluminescence present under ambient illumination conditions’에 대한 판단 기준 제시 필요  annex에 표기 일본 NC : ‘displays with photoluminescence’에 대한 측정 방법 필요  반영 Dr. Penczek : 용어 변경 ‘hemispherical reflectance’  ‘hemispherical reflectance factor’ 향후 계획 : 2개월 이후 수정된 문건을 회람하고, Miyazaki 미팅 3개월 이전에 다음 stage의 문건을 제출하기로 ..

NP 제안 결과 : 100% approving ratio out of 9 voted P-members 용어 정리 : specimen, device, test specimen, OLED specimen  ‘specimen’ static push test에서 push rod 의 모양을 rounded tip (diameter of the rod to be 10 mm)으로 제안 four point bending test에서 ‘the post-test analysis’ 부분은 원안대로 남겨 두기로 함. 용어 변경 : ‘peeling strength test’  ‘peel strength test’ 향후 계획 : 차기 회의 2주 전에 수정된 문건을 배포하기로 함.

2D가 아닌 3D의 색공간을 활용한 Color quality에 대한 측정 방법을 소개 CIECAM02를 대상으로 하는 것이 아닌, 이를 활용하는 규격이라는 데에 공감하였음 CIE 측의 CIECAM02의 불완전성에 대한 우려가 있으며, CIELab 혹은 CIELuv 등 도 활용 가능하며, 색공간을 활용한 규격 제안에 공감 향후 계획 : 측정 방법에 대하여 draft를 작성하여 차기 회의에서 논의하기로 함.

9 Discussions : Preliminary study : Measuring method of Image Sticking
지난 일산 회의에서 논의한 자료(이정노)를 바탕으로 영국의 Euan Smith박사가 색변동을 포함한 del(E)를 사용하는 방안과, 초기 drop을 배제하기 위하여 darker box 개념을 도입하는 것을 제안함.

: Dr. Penczek가 HHG 회의 결과에 대하여 설명하고, 차기 회의에서 각 항목에 대하여 의견을 정리하기로 함. 제목 변경 Change the title of x-x and Part 6-2: Measuring Methods of Visual Quality  Measuring Methods of Visual Quality and Ambient Performance 차기 회의 (3개 안 가운데 로 의견을 물어 결정하기로 함.) - Sep. 4-5, 2009 / Kiheung, Korea(SMD) - Sep , 2009 / Rome, Italy(Euro Display) Oct , 2009 / Guangzhou, China (ASID) 차차기 회의 (plenary meeting) - Dec. 5-8, 2009 / Miyazaki, Japan(IDW and Plenary mtg.)
