리더와 Follower에 관한 세 가지 관찰 결과
1. 리더가 조직이 성공에 기여하는 것은 고작해야 20%도 안 된다. 2. 그 나머지 80%는 Follower의 기여이다. 3. 아무리 직함이나 급여가 대단한 사람일지라도 리더로 일하는 시간보다 Follower로 보내는 시간이 더 많다. 즉, 다른 사람으로부터 보고를 받는 시간보다 다른 사람에게 보고하는 시간이 더 많다. Accenture was conceived by one of our employees, Kim Petersen, a business consultant working for us in Norway. Kim said that in trying to come up the new name, he focused on things like bold growth, operational excellence and the firm as a great place to work. The Service Line structure gives employees the opportunity to gain deep specialization. Note to Speaker: As an example, you may want to share your Operating Group, Client Group and Service Line to further illustrate these concepts.
