소재전처리 1차 공정으로 대부분 소재생산기업에 의한 절단, 1차 가공 등으로 수㎜ 정밀도 가공 1차선삭/밀링 선반/밀링/전용기 등을 바탕으로하여 수십 μm 정도의 정밀가공으로 생산 정밀가공 호닝/보링/전용기 등으로 수 μm 영역으로 가공 열처리 제작된 부품의 신뢰성/인성/마모 특성을 향상하기 위한 고주파열처리 등의 열처리 공정을 제품특성에 맞게 생산 연삭 /연마 제품의 기능성(작동부위 및 초정밀 조립부분) 부위에 연삭/연마기를 통한 μm 단위의 초정밀 가공으로 부품의 생산 세정 /후처리 초음파 세척기, 블로우 세척기와 같은 세척장치로 칩과 이물질을 제거하고 포장

소재전처리 성형 공정에 따라 원재료에서 적당한 크기와 형태로 성형 재료를 준비하는 과정(Blanking). 성형가공 프레스 가공, 분말소결, 사출 등의 양산 기술을 기반으로 재료를 원하는 형태로 생산. 공정에 따라 금형과 전용 양산장비가 적용 표면처리 및 열처리 부품의 열처리와 표면 처리 과정을 통해 기계적 특성을 향상시키고 표면의 특성을 바꾸어 부품의 내부식성 등을 향상 조립 및 접합 요소 부품들의 조립과정을 통해 단일 부품으로 제작하는 과정으로 용접, 본딩, 체결 등의 여러 가지 방법으로 작업 수행 페인팅과 코팅 차량에 조립을 위해 외부 도색 작업을 수행하며 운행 중 부식이나 파손을 방지하기 위해 표면 코팅
