Ascribed 태어나면서 주어지는것 역활 Role issues Expected behavior Related to status “Role expectations” Role expectations change overtime. Role expectations reflect cultural values.

Status / role confusion is likely between cultures because of different expectations similar status associated with different roles similar role associated with different statuses In some cases parallel status between cultures is missing, e.g., anthropologist, pastor, missionary, evangelist.... market bargain negotiation.
