자유주의 VS 공동체주의 자유주의 liberalism 공동체주의 communitarianism 개인의 자율성 강조: 사회에 대한 우선권을 가지는 개인을 상정 공동체적 (공공적) 토대의 중요성 강조: 문화, 역사, 전통 등 기본가정 개인 차원의 좋은 것(good) => Emotivism(도적 감성주의) : individual decision between what's good and what's bad 공동체적 가치나 덕목 => 강한 가치 평가: decision between what's wrong and what's right 윤리 도덕적 차원 탈맥락적 자아: disengaged(disemdedded) image of 'self'. 맥락적 자아: engaged image of 'self'. 자아 유형 naturalistic or utilitarian assumptions: human agency and culture or forms of life can be analysed from an objective and neutral observer's perspectives disengaged from socio-cultural and historical contexts: possibility of neutrality and objectivity theses necessary connection of the self with communities: an individual is constituted by the language and culture which can only be maintained and renewed in the communities, of which he or she is part. The community is not simply an aggregation of individuals; nor is there simply a causal interaction between the two. 철학적 토대
