Hx : S/P LLL lobectomy d/t NSCLC (2014년 외부병원) 수술 후 F/U 중 지속적으로 숨찬 증상 있었으며, 1시간 전부터 증상 심해져 응급실 내원.

: supine-prone-decubitus(Rt/Lt)-sitting-고양이자세 Viscum album 제제 2 ample + saline

11 Clinical course Combined pneumonia ? -> 주 증상이 dyspnea이고 fever가 없음 -> 동정되는 균이 없음 -> antibiotics에 호전이 없음. -> pleurodesis 후 발생 Acute pneumonitis consequent on pleurodesis with Viscum album? -> O2 and steroid Tx.
