NOTICE NO. DORM_190610 ~ ■ 퇴사일 이후, 하기 이동일정까지는 기존 객실에 그대로 거주하다가 잔류이동 일정에 따라 잔류배정 객실(2학사 지정구역)로 반드시 이동하여 주시기 바랍니다. ■ 만일, 개인사정 등으로 정해진 이동기간 내 이동이 어려울 경우, 2019-1학기 퇴사일인 (금) 12:00까지 객실청소 (1주일 한도, 각 학사 행정실 별도 문의) 후 일단 퇴사하여 거주하던 객실을 모두 비워야 하며, 복귀 후 새로 배정된 방학잔류 객실로 재입사합니다. ■ 9주 잔류 신청자는 8주 잔류기간 종료 이후 4주~5주차에 학기 배정객실로 이동할 예정이므로, 추후 관련 공지사항을 반드시 숙지하시어 기한 내 이동을 준수하시기 바랍니다. 이동일정 : (월) 09:00 ~ (목) 18:00 배정객실 확인 : (수) 연세포탈 ( 4주 잔류 : (금) 15:00 ~ (금) 낮 12:00 8주 잔류 : (금) 15:00 ~ (금) 낮 12:00 9주 잔류 : (금) 15:00 ~ (일) 낮 12:00 각 거주기간 이후 객실 내 짐이 보관되어 있을 경우 미퇴사로 간주되어 비용이 발생할 수 있으므로 주의 바랍니다. 2019-2학기 미신청 9주 잔류의 경우 연락두절시 이동기간 중 임의로 객실 내 짐이 퇴거 될 수 있습니다. 거주기간 - 객실 내 개인비품 및 커뮤니티룸의 냉장고 보관물 일체 정리 - 객실청소(화장실 및 샤워실 포함), 모든 서랍과 옷장 개방 - 잔류객실 출입카드 수령 (2학사 D동 경비실) 후 이동 (1학사에서 2학사 이동시에는 이동 후 카드수령) - 기존 객실 출입카드 반납, 잔류객실에 대한 시설물점검표 온라인 작성 후 제출 이동절차 - 기존 객실 출입카드 반납기한은 이동일정 종료일인 (목) 18:00까지입니다. - 기한 내 미반납시 시설보증금에서 카드 재구매비용10,000원이 공제됩니다. - 기존 객실의 재발급 출입카드 보증금 환불 마감일은 (목)까지로 연장됩니다. - 연장된 1학기 시설보증금의 환불은 모든 잔류기간이 종료된 후 9월 중순경에 이루어지므로 착오 없으시기 바랍니다. 유의사항 문의 : 송도1학사 행정실 | | 평일 09:00 ~ 17:30 | A106호 문의 : 송도2학사 행정실 | | 평일 09:00 ~ 17:30 | D113호 YIC SONGDO DORMITORY OFFICE

2 Notice for Summer Stay Moving Schedule
NOTICE NO. DORM_190610 ~ ■ Students who applied for the extension stay should not remain the residence or keep personal belongings in the room for the special program during the summer vacation. Please be aware that maintain your current residence by June 21th and MOVE to the NEW ROOM until the following period. ■ Students who might not be able to move during the following period must take all their belongings out and clear the rooms until (Fri) 12:00 pm and then check into a newly assigned room after the individual schedules end. ■ Students who applied for 9 weeks summer stay will be changing the room for next semester during the moving period with the 8 weeks check out, please refer the further notice for more details. Moving Schedule : (Mon) 09:00 ~ (Thu) 18:00 Announcement of Room assignments : (Wed) Yonsei Univ. portal 4 weeks : (Fri) 15:00 ~ (Fri) 12:00 pm 8 weeks : (Fri) 15:00 ~ (Fri) 12:00 pm 9 weeks : (Fri) 15:00 ~ (Sun) 12:00 pm Additional expense might be imposed if personal belongings still remain after the due date of each period. Staying - Pack and take all your personal belongings out of the room and refrigerator of the community room - Clean your room(including the bathroom and shower room), leave all the drawers and closet OPEN. - Get a card key of your new room at D security office. (For whom from dorm 1 to dorm 2, it will be reversed) - Return the card key of your original room, fill and submit a new ‘Check-in Sheet’ at YIC Dormitory Website. Moving Please return your original card key until (Thu) 18:00 pm. If the original card key is not returned, 10,000 won will be deducted from the facility deposit. Due date of deposit refund for the reissued cards will be extended to (Thu).
