(1) When? God's Plan is from all eternity. 영원성.
하나님의 계획은 영원 전에 세워진 것이다. (2) Who? The plan of God and the decision contained therein are free on God's part. 자유성. 하나님의 계획과 결정은 전적으로 하나님의 선하신 뜻대로 이루어졌다. (3) Why? In the ultimate sense, the purpose of God's plan is God's Glory. 하나님의 계획은 궁극적으로 하나님의 영광을 위하여 세워진 것이다.

(4) The plan of God is all-inclusive. 포괄성.
모든 일이 하나님의 계획안에 들어 있다. (5) God's plan is efficacious. 필연성. 하나님의 계획은 반드시 이루어진다. (6) God's plan relates to His actions rather than His nature. 하나님의 계획은 하나님의 품성에 관한 것이 아니라, 하나님의 활동에 관련된 것이다.

(7) The plan of God relates primarily to what God Himself does in terms of creating, preserving, directing and redeeming. 하나님의 계획은 일차적으로 하나님의 일, 즉 창조, 보존, 인도, 회복에 관한 것이다. (8) Thus, while the plan of God relates primarily to what God does, the actions of men are also involved. 관계성. 하나님의 계획은 일차적으로 하나님의 일에 관계되지만, 인간의 활동 또한 연관되어 있다. (9) The plan of God in terms of its specifics is unchangeable. 불변성. 하나님의 계획은 그 구체적인 면까지도 변하지 않는다.
