1 Stock / Non-Stock Policy
Stock (STK) Items - STK items are those items that will normally be in stock in the local warehouse. This stock determination is made based upon sales history at the local level. If the STK item goes on back order at the GKI Warehouse and the estimated date for arrival of in-transit inventory is greater than 14 days it will be delivered based upon the following (if available in the US): If the chargeable weight is less than 10kgs per unit then the available inventory in the US is delivered via air freight at Graco's expense. If the chargeable weight is greater than 10kgs per unit, then the customer can wait for the estimated date of delivery or elect (by contacting the local Customer Service Representative) to have available inventory in the US air freighted with a surcharge attached. (Surcharge is 50% of the air freight charge). Chargeable weight is the greater of physical weight or dimensional weight. If the estimated arrival date of the in-transit inventory is 14 calendar days or less then available in-transit inventory will be used.

Stock (STK) 제품- STK 제품은 한국그레이코 창고에 상시재고 확보를 목표로 운영됩니다. 재고확보 결정의 기준은 한국시장의 과거 판매실적에 의거하여 결정됩니다. STK제품이 대리점 주문 대비 과부족인 상태에서 미국 본사에서 출발하여 운송중인 동일 제품의 예상도착 일정이 14일 이상이 소요되는 경우, 미국공장에 가용한 재고가 있는 조건하에 하기와 같은 기준으로 납기대응이 진행됩니다. 제품 단위 중량이 10 Kg이하인 제품이라면 미국내 가용한 재고수량에 대하여 그레이코의 부담으로 항공운송을 진행하여 공급합니다. 제품 단위 중량이 10 Kg 이상인 경우, 대리점은 운송중인 재고의 예상도착시점까지 기다리거나 미국내 가용한 수량에 대하여 한국그레이코 CS담당에게 항공운송 진행을 요청할 수 있으며 항공진행의 경우 항공비용의 50%를 대리점이 부담하게 됩니다. 청부비용은 실중량과 부피중량중 큰 쪽으로 청구 되게 됩니다.(항공사 청구기준동일) 운송중인 재고의 예상도착 일정이 달력일 기준14일 또는 14일 보다 빠른 경우는 운송중인 재고를 사용하여 대응하게 됩니다.

Non-Stock Air (NSA) Items - NSA items are those items that are not normally stocked in the GKI Warehouse, but that are shipped from the US to the GKI Warehouse via air freight. This non-stock air freight determination is made at the local level based upon sales history and weight. If the NSA item goes on back order at the GKI Warehouse, it is to be shipped via air freight, and Graco bears the expense of the air freight. Non-Stock Ocean (NSO) Items - NSO items are those items that are not normally stocked in the GKI Warehouse, but that are shipped from the US to the GKI Warehouse via ocean freight. This non-stock ocean freight determination is made at the local level based upon sales history and weight. If the NSO item goes on back order at the GKI Warehouse, it is to be shipped via ocean freight, and Graco bears the expense of the ocean freight. If ocean freight is not fast enough for the local distributor, they can elect to expedite via air freight with a surcharge attached by contacting the local Customer Service Representative. (Surcharge is 80% of the air freight charge).

Non-Stock Air (NSA) 제품 - NSA 제품은 한국그레이코에 상시재고를 가지지 않게되며 미국으로부터 한국그레이코 창고로 항공운송 기준으로 수급 진행됩니다. NSA제품은 한국 시장의 판매실적과 중량에 따라 결정됩니다. 만일 NSA 제품이 대리점 오더수량 대비 과부족이 발생되면 해당수량은 그레이코의 비용으로 항공운송 으로 수급 진행됩니다. Non-Stock Ocean (NSO) 제품 - NSO 제품은 한국그레이코에 상시재고를 가지지 않게되며 미국으로부터 한국그레이코 창고로 해상운송을 기준으로 수급 진행됩니다. NSO제품은 한국 시장의 판매실적과 중량에 따라 결정됩니다. 만일 NSO 제품이 대리점 오더수량 대비 과부족이 발생되면 해당수량은 해상운송을 기본으로 수급진행되며 해상운송에 소요되는 비용은 그레이코 부담으로 진행됩니다. 만일 해상운송이 대리점의 납기에 만족이 되지못할 경우 대리점은 항공운송을 선택할 수 있으며 이 경우 항공운송비용의 80%를 대리점이 부담하게 됩니다.
