15 기억기능에 대한 측두-변연계 손상과 전두엽 손상의 영향
기억 등록의 의도적 노력이 필요한 경우, 전두엽 손상에 의해 더 영향을 받는다. 자유 회상 보다 예시에 의한 재인이 쉬운데, 동시에 착오양성 반응의 증가가 동반된다. <- 기억 인출에 대한 감시 기능 저하.

장기기억 소실 후에도 유지가능 감각적 점화효과 vs. 의미적 점화효과 AD의 경우 감각적 점화효과가 상대적으로 더 보존됨 후두엽 손상 환자에서 감각적 점화효과만 감소를 보일 수 있었다.
