1) 적응증 : 젊은층 - 외상, 종양 노인 - 말초혈관성 질환 2) 절단의 유형 ․개방형(guillotine), 폐쇄형(flap) Syme amputation. BK, AK, BE, AE

- level of consciousness - 지적능력(memory, calculation, orientation, judgement) - 언어 및 인지능력 : aphasia, agnosia, apraxia (2) 말초신경검사 뇌신경 기능검사, 척수신경 기능검사 (3) 운동기능검사 position sense & coordination muscle strength (4) 감각기능검사 pain, touch, temporature, vibration 등

7. 기능적 재활방법 1) physiotherapy (1) electrical therapy : 전기에너지를 이용하여 열효과, 화학적 효과, 자극 효과를 나타냄 ㄱ. Electrical stimulation therapy 목적 : 경련감소, 관절운동범위의 유지 및 유착 방지, 부종감소, 근위축감소, 근섬유의 탄력성 증가 ㄴ. Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation TENS : 통증완화 목적의 저주파 전기치료 피부에 전기도자를 부 착하여 전기를 통전시키는 방법으로 근수축을 일으키지 않고 부드러운 느낌을 주는 통증완화기 - 적응증 : 외상 및 수술후의 통증, 환상통, 작열통, 관절염의 통증, 요통, 경부통 ㄷ. 초음파 치료 뼈에 많은 열을 발생하며, 심부열 효과 - 적응증 : 만성관절염, 근염, 섬유조직염, 타박상, 관절구축
