Strengths & Weaknesses 강점 및 약점을 말할 때 사용되는 5 단계 단점 같지 않은 단점을 상술하라 Must Say 5! 01 Strengths In terms of strengths, I believe my greatest asset is my work initiative. 02 Grounds for strengths For instance, there was one time when I initiated and completed the quality review of processes and procedures in a business plan for a new venture. 03 Weaknesses However, my weakest point is my tendency to be a perfectionist. 04 Overcoming weaknesses I am working to improve this by asking others their project expectations from the start, comparing those with my own, and coming up with a compromise. 05 Benefits I am sure that my work initiative will contribute to the successful growth of this organization. For example, when examining a business plan for a new venture, I noticed some information was missing. To address the problem, I initiated and completed the quality review of processes and procedures. Another one of my strengths is loyalty. For instance, last year when I was working on a startup business with my friend, I was offered a better job, but I had promised to stay until the business was up and running. The business has now passed the ROI point, so I have decided to seek another opportunity with your company. My weakest point is that I tend to be a perfectionist.
