M/60 C.C.> 검사상 이상 소견 P. I. > 17개월전 복통 및 황달로 외부병원 방문하여 ERBD 시행하였고 3개월간 stent 유지후 제거 1개월전 복통 및 황달 재발하여 r/o AoV tumor 진단하에 ERBD 후 수술 권유 받음. 본원 진료 원하여 내원함.

Adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated Location : intra, periampullary, junction of ampulla and duodenal mucosa Gross type : protruded non-exposed Size of tumor : 2.2 x 1.6 x 1.5 cm pT3 : tumor invades pancreas pN0 : no metastatis in 13 lymph nodes Surgical margin : free from carcinoma
