A single window for civil petition, recommendation and policy participation Central Government Agencies ePeople Civil Petition Recom- mendation Policy Dialogue Inte- grate Inter- connect Local Public Institutes Satisfaction Evaluation Notification of Results Request Citizen The epeople is a single window service for citizens to submit civil petitions and recommendations and to participate in the policy dialogues. When civil petition or recommendation is received, it is automatically classified by the program and delivered to the most appropriate agency among the central or local government, or other public institutes. Each step of process is notified to the citizen who has filed the petition or recommendation and client satisfaction is checked for further follow-ups. By clicking on the “policy dialogue” menu, anyone can participate in the policy making process through online discussion. 다음은 참여마당신문고 개요입니다. 참여마당신문고는 크게 민원/ 제안/ 정책토론 3개 분야가 하나의 창구로 통합 운영되는 온라인 시스템입니다. 민원과 제안을 신청하면, 자동분류시스템에 의해 중앙정부, 지자체, 공공기관중 가장 잘 처리할 수 있는 기관으로 분류되어 처리하게 됩니다. 이러한 과정은 처리 단계별로 통보되고, 만족도 측정을 통해 사후관리도 가능해 집니다. 정책토론을 클릭하면 국가 정책에 대해 온라인으로 토론하여 정책 수립에 참여 할 수 있습니다.

The purpose of the Citizen Recommendation is to incorporate creative ideas of citizen into policy in formulation or for improvements. Various programs and incentives are offered to promote the Citizen Recommendation – such as : idea competition for pending agenda, idea maturation, extend award & prizes for good recommendations. <질의 대비> Idea maturation : When an idea is reviewed to be creative, relevant and helpful, it is further developed by incorporating opinions of specialists and public employees. Offer greater award : Joint award, Provide recognition for results (i.e. inscribe name of the recommender) 다음으로 국민제안은 아이디어와 상상력을 활용한 국민의 창의적인 제안을 정책 및 제도개선에 반영하기 위해 실시합니다. 국민이 신청서 작성, 기관 선택 등을 거쳐 접수를 합니다. 행정기관은 채택심사 및 처리, 자체우수제안 선정, 중앙우수제안 심사 및 포상 등을 통해 제안을 정책으로 반영합니다 . 또한 국민의 제안을 활성화 하기 위해 현안과제 등에 대한 공모제안 활성화, 아이디어 숙성 프로그램 운영, 우수 제안에 대한 포상 확대 등을 적극 추진하고 있습니다.
