2 Ⅰ 서론 1. 생체간이식이란 건강한 정상인의 간 일부분을 외과적 수술로 분리하여 말기 간질환환자 에게 이식해    주는 방법 으로 1988년 브라질의 Raia에 의해 시도되었다 특히 강조되어야 할 것은 공여자의 안전으로서 공여자는 간의 분리수술로 인한 합병증이나 후유증 등의 불이익이 절대로 없어야 한다는 것이 생체부분 간이식의 전제조건이다.

환자 밑에 sponge깔고 soarprotecting pad를 깐다. both thigh는 sponge로 감는다. Drap sternal noth에서 both knee까지,오른쪽은 등뒤까지 시행 일반적인 liver drap후 방수포를덮고 Surgidrap을 한 후다시 일반포로 덮는다. Lt leg은 GSV harvestimg을 위해 open한다. Inverted T-incision bowl은 large tape으로 싼다. Choleccystectommy
