개월 : finger-to-palm translation 개월 : shift 세 : palm-to-finger translation, simple rotation - 2.5세-3세 : complex rotation 관찰되나 수월하지 않음 - 3세-3.5세 : in-hand manipulation skill이 숙달되어감 - 4세 : 외적인 도움 없이 complex rotation 할 수 있으며, 쓰기 위해 편리한 자세로 shift 할 수 있음

세세한 동작이 안되고 전체적으로 움직임 ■ Poorly graded movement - 단계적인 움직임이 없고 중간범위로 유효하게 사용하는 능력이 결핍 ■ Poor timing of movement - 동작이 너무 빠르거나 느린 것

■ Disorder in bilateral integration of movement - 중심선에서 양손의 사용을 유지하는 것이 효과적이지 못함 ■ Limitation in trunk movement and control - 양손 또는 한 손으로 체중을 지지하므로 손 사용이 제한됨 ■ Compensatory patterns of movement - 정상적인 반응이 일어나지 않아서 보상적으로 불안정한 패턴이 일어남
