Standardization: Multiple Vocabularies  understand and handle multiple different formats Unique Standard Concepts: For each Clinical Entity there is only one Concept representing it (Standard Concept) Domains: defines in which CDM table a clinical entity should be placed into Comprehensive coverage:  patient's healthcare experience (Conditions, Procedures, Exposures to Drug, etc.) administrative artifacts of the healthcare system (Visits, Care Sites, etc.) Hierarchy: Within a Domain all Concepts are organized in a hierarchical structure. Relationships between Concepts within and across Vocabularies and Mappings from non-Standard to Standard Concepts. 40,724 개 수가코드 전체 약 130,000개 - 2,402 개 5자리 약 10,500개 치료재료 코드 약 31,000개 2,463 개 진단검사 기관당 약 2000~3000 개 검사코드 중 300~400개씩 매핑 (전체 빈도의 99%기준) 전체코드 수는 2017년 1월 기준, 매핑 량은 2월 기준 (3기관 완료, 2기관 진행 중)
