Grammar points 형용사는 명사 앞에만 붙는다 ? - 명사를 수식하는 형용사는 a tall boy 처럼 명사의 앞에서 위치하는 것이 보통이지만, 다음과 같은 경우는 명사 뒤에 위치한다. 1)–body, -one, -thing 으로 끝나는 복합명사를 수식하는 경우 ex) Anybody younger would have done better. ex) I like someone young ex) There is something peculiar about him. ex) I have nothing particular to say. 2) 서술적으로 쓰이는 형용사  impossible, alive, awake, available 등 ex) How many black people alive today were slaves?

2. Grammar points 3) 관계대명사 + be 가 생략된 구조로 볼 수 있는 경우 이때 보통은 형용사 뒤에 수식어가 붙는다. ex) like a black hole (which is) ready to suck him in. I got the letter (which was) written in English.
