Being a Green Ajou Member그린아주 회원으로서 You must join at least one project, but you can join more if you want to여러분은 최소한 한가지 이상의 프로젝트에 참여하셔야 합니다. You must try to always bring a tumbler! Try to never use a disposable cup from a cafe!카페에서 일회용 컵을 사용하지 마세요! 가져온 텀블러를 이용해 주세요! Try to never buy a bottle of water! 가급적, 물은 사 드시지 마시고 자신의 컵을 사용해 주세요. You must respect other members – allow other members to be themselves and to use their own styles of meeting and communication회의와 같은 상황에서 모두의 의사소통방식을 존중해주세요.

Organizers조직자로서 For now organizers will be members showing good commitment and cooperation현재는 헌신적이고 협력적인 멤버가 조직자로 활동할 수 있습니다. Later on there may be a system based on voting and experienced project leaders will be elected차후에 투표방식이 도입되면 경험 많은 팀 리더, 멤버들이 조직자로 선출될 것입니다. To keep Green Ajou as an outlet for Koreans and foreign students to come together, there should always be some Korean members and some foreigner members as organizers그린아주가 외국인과 한국인간의 ‘소통의 광장’로서 이어갈 수 있도록 조직자는 한국인과 외국인으로 이루어져야 합니다.

Project Leaders프로젝트리더로서 To be a project leader you just have to volunteer! You can try any project that you want to but there are some requirements~프로젝트 리더가 되기 위해서 우선 ‘봉사’할 수 있어야 합니다. 몇 가지 요구사항을 지키며 여러분이 원하는 프로젝트를 실행할 수 있습니다. Be ready for mistakes or failure! It's part of the process실수나 실패를 각오하세요! 어디까지나 하나의 과정입니다. You must fill our a “Project Leader Questionnaire” and submit it to organizers리더들은 반드시 ‘프로젝트 리더 설문지’를 작성해 조직자에게 제출해야 합니다. You must share your progress with an organizer or another project manager and discuss with them리더들은 프로젝트 진전상황을 조직자나 프로젝트 메니저와 공유하고 항상 소통해야 합니다. You must join at least one other project as a member리더들은 적어도 하나 다른 프로젝트의 멤버로서 참여해야 합니다. Members of your project must fill our a “Member Checklist”여러분의 프로젝트 멤버들은 반드시 멤버 체크리스트를 채워야 합니다. You must do and fill out a “Post-Mortem” paper in the early stages of your project리더들은 프로젝트 초기단계에서 반드시 “Post- Mortem”활동지를 채워야 합니다.

Being a Project Member프로젝트 멤버로서 You must try to attend meetings가급적 프로젝트회의에 참여하도록 합니다. You must fill out a “Member Questionnaire” at the end of a project and submit it to an organizer멤버들은 프로젝트 가 끝나갈 무렵 ‘멤버 설문지’를 작성해 조직자에게 제출해야 합니다. Feel free to offer suggestions, advice, or criticism제안,조언 혹은 비판 등 망설이지 말고 바로 말해주세요 Don't be too serious~let's all have a good time너무 심각하게 생각하지 마세요. 모두가 즐거운 시간이 되길 바랍니다.
