Chief complaint; Known Esopahgeal cancer Present Illness 피로와 신물 올라오는 증상 있었으나 치료없이 하며 지냄. 06년 6월 7일 종합검진 EGD 상에서 조직검사 결과상 식도암으로 진단 후 큰 병원 권유 받아 SMC opd 본 후 W/U 진행 하였으며 수술위해 입원함.

Echoendoscope was inserted into the stomach. On the gC side of high body, a huge polypoid mass with bridging fold was noticed --> On EUS findings, a round-shape 3.45 cm x 2.63 cm sized homogenous hypoechoic lesion with inner hyperechoic lesion was found. The lesion was suspicious to be originated from muscle layer. DDx. 1) GIST. 2) Neuroendocrine tumor.
